At XZDM ("XakerZo Download Manager", "we", "us", or "our"), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website or use our software application. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site or use our application.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the site, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products, or otherwise contact us.

Personal & License Information

When you purchase a Pro license, we collect and store the following information to manage your subscription:

  • Email Address: Used to deliver your license key, send receipts, and provide customer support.
  • Hardware ID (HWID): A unique cryptographic hash generated from your computer's hardware components. We use this strictly to bind your Pro license to your authorized device and prevent piracy. We cannot reverse-engineer the HWID to identify specific hardware serial numbers.
  • License Keys: The unique strings generated to authenticate your software.

Usage Data & Analytics

We may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage patterns when you visit our website or use the XZDM application:

  • Browser Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times on our website.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience, remember your preferences, and analyze website traffic.
  • App Analytics: Anonymous crash reports and error logs to help us improve software stability. We do NOT track which specific files you download.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Site or Application to:

  • Create and manage your account and software licenses.
  • Process your purchases and transactions.
  • Email you regarding your account, orders, or license resets.
  • Respond to customer service requests and provide technical support.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Site and Application.
  • Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

3. Payments & Processors

We do not directly process or store your credit card information. All payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. When you make a purchase, you are subject to Paddle's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Paddle securely handles your payment data and only provides us with transaction confirmation, your email address, and the product purchased so we can fulfill your order.

4. Data Retention & Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

5. Third-party Services

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

  • Paddle: For processing payments and managing subscriptions.
  • Telegram: If you use our License Bot or contact our support group, your Telegram username and user ID will be visible to us and processed by Telegram's infrastructure.
  • Cloudflare: For DDoS protection and website analytics.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., the European Economic Area), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Request access and obtain a copy of your personal information.
  • Request rectification or erasure of your personal information.
  • Restrict the processing of your personal information.
