We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of XZDM Pro. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and the conditions under which refunds are provided.

1. Digital Software Purchases

XZDM provides a fully functional Free version of our software that allows you to test its core capabilities before purchasing. Because our product is digitally delivered software, once a Pro License Key is activated and bound to your HWID, the product is considered "consumed."

All payments for XZDM are processed securely by our official merchant of record, Paddle. Paddle handles the financial transaction, but XZDM's team authorizes the refund based on this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility & Time Limits

We offer a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

  • You request the refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • The software exhibits critical technical bugs or failures on your supported Windows system that prevent you from using its primary features.
  • You have contacted our technical support team and allowed them a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to help resolve the issue.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • You changed your mind after activating the license.
  • Your computer does not meet the minimum system requirements.
  • You are trying to download from a specific website that actively blocks download managers (this is a limitation of the website, not XZDM).
  • You have violated our Terms of Service (e.g., attempting to share or resell your license).
  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team via email or Telegram.
  2. Provide your Order ID (found in your Paddle receipt email).
  3. Provide a detailed description of the technical issue you are experiencing, including screenshots if applicable.
  4. Once approved, our team will initiate the refund through Paddle. The funds will be returned to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Note: Upon issuing a refund, your Pro License Key will be immediately revoked and deactivated.

4. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

We monitor refund requests closely to prevent abuse. If we detect a pattern of purchasing and refunding, we reserve the right to deny future purchases or refunds.

Chargebacks: We ask that you contact us to request a refund rather than initiating a chargeback dispute with your bank or credit card company. Unwarranted chargebacks will result in the immediate and permanent ban of your account, HWID, and IP address from all XZDM services.
