Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the XZDM website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by XakerZo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License Agreement
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the XZDM software on a compatible personal computer that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
2. Software Usage & Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without explicit authorization.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile or reverse engineer any part of the Services.
- Remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of XakerZo or its affiliates, partners, suppliers or the licensors of the Services.
- Use the software to download unauthorized, illegal, or copyrighted material without permission from the rights holders.
3. Pro License & HWID Binding
When you purchase an XZDM Pro license:
- Activation: The license must be activated within the application using your unique License Key.
- HWID Binding: Upon activation, the license is permanently cryptographically bound to your computer's Hardware ID (HWID). This means the license can only be used on that specific physical computer.
- HWID Resets: If you upgrade your computer hardware or purchase a new computer, you may request an HWID reset through your dashboard. We limit the frequency of HWID resets (e.g., once every 30 days) to prevent account sharing and abuse.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your License Key with other individuals is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate revocation of your license without a refund.
4. Updates and Support
We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Services, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications. Updates may modify or delete certain features and/or functionalities of the Services. You agree that we have no obligation to (i) provide any updates, or (ii) continue to provide or enable any particular features and/or functionalities of the Services to you.
Pro license holders are entitled to priority technical support via email or our official Telegram channels. Free users receive community-driven support.
5. Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of XakerZo and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the Services during the past 12 months.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall XakerZo or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption) arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Services.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
